How to report allegedly infringing material
If you are a copyright owner or an authorised representative and believe that specific material on iBomma.fit infringes your copyright, send a written copyright complaint to MAKHAANMEDAI@GMAIL.COM with the subject line “DMCA Copyright Notice”.
Information to include in a complaint
To help us identify and review the material, please include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL or other specific location on iBomma.fit where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorised.
- A good-faith statement that you believe the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the complaint is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
Review and removal process

Where a formal counter-notification process is applicable, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, we may restrict or terminate access for contributors or users who repeatedly submit or publish material that is determined to infringe copyright.
Good-faith complaints
Please ensure that copyright complaints are accurate and made in good faith. Knowingly providing materially false information in a copyright complaint may have legal consequences under applicable law.
